A review of your ad accounts if you have them, your conversion tracking, and your website's conversion path. You get a written summary of what's wrong and what we'd do about it. It's genuinely free and you're under no obligation to work with us afterwards — plenty of people take it and fix things themselves.
No. Retainers run month to month with 30 days' notice and there is no exit fee. If we stop being worth the money, you should be able to leave that month rather than next year.
₹30,000 a month. Below that there isn't enough data for the platforms to optimise, and you'd be paying us to guess. If your budget is smaller, we'll suggest starting with the website and search visibility instead — that's a better use of the same money.
You do. Accounts are created under your business, the domain is registered in your name, and if you ever leave you take everything with you. Ask any agency this before signing — the answer tells you a lot.
Google Search can produce enquiries in the first week because the intent already exists. Meta usually needs two to four weeks to get through its learning phase and for us to find the creative that works. Anyone promising results in 48 hours is either lucky or lying.

How Basework Digital collects, uses and protects the information you give us.
Basework Digital (“we”, “us”) is a performance marketing and web development business operating as [ registered legal entity name ], at [ registered address ]. For anything in this policy, write to hello@basework.in.
What you send us. When you use a form on this site we collect your name, business name, phone or WhatsApp number, the service you are interested in and, if you tell us, your monthly advertising budget. You choose what to enter; nothing is taken from you automatically.
How you use the site. Like most websites we may record standard technical information such as pages viewed, approximate location by city, device type, browser and the site that referred you. This is used to understand what is working, not to identify you personally.
Submitting the form opens WhatsApp on your device with the details pre-filled. You send it yourself, and the message travels through WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta and governed by their own privacy policy. We receive the message in our business inbox and keep it there.
We may use analytics and advertising measurement tools, including [ Google Analytics / Google Ads tag / Meta Pixel — delete what you do not use ]. These set cookies to tell whether a visit came from an advertisement and whether it led to an enquiry. You can block or delete cookies in your browser at any time; the site works without them.
To reply to your enquiry, to prepare the audit or mockup you asked for, to provide services if you become a client, to keep required business and tax records, and to improve how this site performs. We do not use your details for anything you did not approach us about.
We do not sell your data and we never share it with other businesses for their marketing. It is handled by our own team, and by the service providers that operate our tools — hosting, email, messaging, analytics and advertising platforms — each only to the extent needed to run those services. We disclose information to authorities only where the law requires it.
Enquiries that do not become work are kept for up to [ 24 ] months in case you come back to us. Client records are kept for as long as we work together and afterwards for the period Indian tax and company law requires. Ask us to delete your details sooner and we will, unless we are legally obliged to retain them.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, or withdraw consent for us to contact you. Email hello@basework.in and we will respond within [ 30 ] days. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the rights given by the GDPR, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, complaints about how your data is handled go to [ name ], [ title ], at [ email ], who will respond within [ 30 ] days.
The site is served over an encrypted connection and access to enquiries is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send passwords, card details or identity documents through the form.
